This page and those connected are copies of administrative
documents mine and of Italia Concreta about an appeal
to the President of the Republic.
He was appealed from me ".. in quality of single citizen and in quality of legal representative of
Italia Concreta association " as You can read here.
The appeal was accepted for Italia Concreta as You read in
the subject (oggetto:) in the Answer .
As single citizen and human person, I never received one answer for me. I proposed
one only appeal in order to simplify the procedure for the administration, but this
do not delete my human rights: it is a crime to the Constitution of the State
against the art.2 of the Constitution.
All the citizens have the rights of knowing the facts behind the appeal,
because they could make a "counter appeal" against or one in favor of the
mine.
Article 9 of Law n.1199 of 1971 obligates to notify "controinteressati", the
counter interested, that in this case are all the Italian people, but Prodi and the
newspapers made one Mafia against the Constitution keeping all in silence.
Prodi Romano, moreover, couldn't manage or take part into the
appeal processing because not an impartial Judge (principle of impartiality
of the judge). I asked substitution of judge, and He didn't abstain himself:
crime to the Constitution of the State.
The protection of the impartiality of the judge is protect
from the Constitution, and the laws n.848 of 1955 and n. 881 of 1977, the
last of U.N.
About to the documents that follow, their reading is free in

Convention for the safeguard of the rights of the man " in consequence of their democratic value however You must consider it as confidential communication between persons (legally human).
Every document is only worth for itself and cannot be reported in no way to no context or intention and to be publied You must demand me

Human Rights (l.n.848/55 and l.n.881/77) and You take the duty of their
respect: You do not get registration to some association or party but human
democratic community. Thanks to have watched these pages, but You knows that
is easily traceable who have these "strange interests". From march 1996,
false elections are censured
in violations of articles 1 and the 2 of the
Italian Constitution and in violation to laws of the UN and the European
Community. Those people that want to change the Italian
Constitution and "reform European Union", why they want to make it?
