Prodi Romano (the self-styled President of Government of
Italy), make a Constitutional Golpe or Coup d'Etat in
1996/97, but He was not alone.

Because or art. 46 of Vienna Convention of 23 may 1969, from
now any treaty signed with those people or by those people
will be null.
Until the time when the information right of Italian
population will be granted, nobody will be legitimate to
sign internationally treaties for Italian State.
More clearly said, actually nobody represent legally Italy,
not also Oscar Scalfaro that loss the charge the 12
September 1997.
Any action that will legitimate those person not legally
elected nor democratically, will be in contrast with Italian
Constitution, European Convention and O.N.U. statute: It
will consider damage to Italian Nation and population.

T h e f a c t s. -------------------
In 1996, I proposed an Appeal to the President of the
Italian Republic. I proposed it as a citizen AND as a
representative of a User's Union.
The two aspects of appeal was clearly stressed in it. The
part of the appeal as a citizen (a Human Person), simply
disappear, I never receive an answer. Because from 1997 I
had to quit the union party, I have no way to my Rights,
now.
This is a deep violation of human and constitutional right.
Prodi received in 1996 the other part of the appeal: He
thought He can decide the appeal that make He loss the
charge. But legally Prodi cannot judge by itself. This
Prodi's action is not constitutional and it's not compatible
with international law. More than that some sentences
expressively say that: cannot be the government to decide
this kind of appeal and also he can not "work" on it. In
fact, Prodi is not the President of Government.
This is like a soft a Golpe, a Coup d'Etat that kill
democracy and the right to appeal with impartial judge as
it's a human right.
In no way Prodi can legally represent Italy.
But Prodi thought also to put "secret on procedure" of the
appeal. This is a violation of human and constitutional
right of information. It's not constitutional, not legal for
the European Convention on Human Right signed at Rome in
1950. To end the game, a recent sentence of Constitutional
Court say that judges can not investigate where the
government secret it is opposed.
That is: in Italy one make a Golpe and after it oppose the
procedural secret and that's all, no risk, no possibility to
legally loose the charge.
The appeal and the document attached to it (200 pages),
clearly and without doubt, make loss the charge to Prodi and
all people of his false Government.
Prodi do not represents Italy in any manner. Also all
person of His null and false government can not sign any
Treaties for Italy. Still, nobody of those people that
received charge from Prodi's can sign something for Italy.
The same for people charged by precedent Government until
Berlusconi one's included (Berlusconi was not eligible at
Parliament, this is the first part of Golpe, before Prodi).
All this information and much more was write the last 22
April to Mr. Jacques Santer, president or European
Commission.
But Mr Santer and Mr Monti received a lot more information
on that also in April 1997.
I hope the actual null and false Italian Government, was put
into black list of the European Communities: that is legal
against fraud.
But Mafia Golpe went far: also President of the petition
Commission of the European Parliament have make a deep abuse
to me. Like in the appeal to the President's of Republic,
Fontana Sandro cut me human right. Moreover, the European
Euro-Ombudsman had refused to protect my European's citizen
rights.
Do You want that the future will governed by Mafia? Well,

I live only 500 km from Munich, not so far from you and in
one's of the richest zone of Europe. After 2 years of legal action for a
total minimum of 100.000 marks, I will soon totally poor.

Nobody can sign pact or treaty with those person that non
recognize me the constitutional right and the constitutional
function.
By art. 46 of Vienna Convention of 23 may 1969, any treaty
signed from now with those people will be null.
In any case, actually no body can represent legally Italy.

candidating in the 1996 at National Political Elections.
During that period, i discovered a lot of illegal actions
committed by political parties and individuals, that is: -
violation of Political Rights, that is false signature. not
electable - individuals that were present in the campaign
and the illegally confirmed elected hard violation of
Constitutional Rights - political and general information
was totally controlled against the Law - high Institutions'
State Representatives of the State haven't solved their
duties. All that was produced and systematically organized
by an subversive agreement I call "FascioComunist".
