This page demonstrate that the rigth of defense is negate to me also in a
trial for a flat. In fact I call Scalfaro as responsible for my
impossibility to pay, as I am persecuted by Him and His Mafia. Scalfaro and
Prodi know about the appeal I made in 1996 to squash elections. I can
demonstrate it with documents. Scalfaro made a violation of Constitution to give
advance in electoral competition to his Mafia, so that to get the power in E.U. also.
In 1996 Prodi take in the hand an appeal I made for "Italia Concreta", and
He put himself as his "impartial" judge in the appeal.
In 1997 Scalfaro declare "not possible" the appeal, granted instead by
European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental freedom signed at Rome
(ha, � ha!) in 1957, also art.F.2 of the Maastricth Treaty.
So, Scalfaro saw the appeal in 1997, He know about Golpe (He made it).
After the march 1997 Scalfaro try in any way to "reform" Italia
Constitution. Do You really think the "reform" of European Union have a
rigth leader in Prodi or are You ratifying the government of Mafia in the
world?
