This morning the police have arrested a person next to the
Tribunal of Padua which had with him material to make a bomb,
enough to prepare a bomb.

Why a bomb in the Padua's tribunal?
Below the probable explication.

Yesterday I was in tribunal of Padua for the first trial of my
life.

I was not called there for the Human Rights violations I'm
suffering from 3 years: I suffer a persecution directed by
Scalfaro and his collaborators that simulate to be the
government of Italy after a Coup d'Etat with false elections.

In all that consider I'm not part of any political party from
September 1997,

Instead I was called in the tribunal to be get out from my "big"
home of 24 mq, I was called in the tribunal because it was
supposed I do not pay the rent for it and it was claimed I do
not want to pay the rent.

Yesterday, in the presence of the judge I said these things:

"Mister Judge, You can judge this cause only if you never had to
judge about any cause to me, because in any level of this tribunal I
suffered Human Rights violation and the negation of
Constitutional rigth of defense, that is also an human rigth.
I suffer it also in Your own court "

"One time verified You can judge in this cause, I ask You to
disapply any law from 1994" ... because "are produced by false
elections against human rights as I can prove with ..."
('disapply' some law it's a legal way not to consider the law
not valid because it's against the Constitution or Human Rights)
" .... and this laws work in the process against my rights"

" the law must be disapply in any case because the Council of
State said it's obligatory to prevent further effect of laws not
compatible with Constitutional order as it is in this case"

" After that, Mr. Judge, if still You will think I'm not paying
the rent against the rights of proprietary, I ask to justify my
action as legitimate defense in a "state of necessity" during
the obligatory defense of Constitution because I suffer an
human rights violations by the illegal action of Scalfaro Oscar
Luigi. Scalfaro is doing a violation of Italian Constitution
against the international law, so any possible damage I made
must be asked to Him, and I can prove it, He negate me the
human rigth of appeal"

" Anyway the contract of rent ask me to pay a sum grater of what
is permitted by law XYZ and is not valid out of this law because
it do not have the double signature as needed by civil code in
this case"

After that, I have ask the "connection" with my others
cases that demonstrate what I affirm, i.e. the penal trial in
Venice in which never I had the possibility to defense myself
with audience of Scalfaro, I have recall the documents that are
in Constitutional Court of Italy, the appeal to President of
Republic to squash elections which show the responsibility of
Scalfaro against me, I'm still waiting an answer from 1996.
I have asked the appeal to Camera chamber of Parliament, the
appeal to European Commission etc.

The judge accepted (as due) my objection, without give me an
answer and saying "give me some days to think about it".

The judge, a young women, have to judge alone against an entire
dictatorship that control an entire State as it Italy actually.

But this morning the police have arrested a person next to the
tribunal that was preparing a bomb or had material for bomb
(it's no clear by mass media).

Do you believe the young judge will judge without fear and with
equality?

As I have 500 page of documents that prove my reasons (enough of
these are in the net at the below address), do you believe I
have any interest to organize a terrorist action against
tribunal?

Can I reasonably suppose that this "announce of bombs" is
organized by the Scalfarist dictatorship?

Please, send international observer in Italy to see Human Rights
violations in the tribunals, and ask Mr. Santer of European
Commission to do what is due before it will be too late. I
